Fresh after backing up his second straight Super Sedan Stampede Win - part of the Northwest Series hosted by Newman Tom Price and Port Hedland Speedways  Sedan champion Mr. Gary “Dusty” Higgs will feature in an exclusive interview with Nev Riseley on the Lets Talk Speedway Racing Show 107.9 FM Radio Fremantle  this Saturday 3rd October 2009 between 11am and 12pm.

Proving that “veteran status” and a 10 year lay off from the sport prior to last season is no obstacle to this driver’s star quality in a 20+ year career highlighted by countless Feature and Blue Ribbon event wins and judging from the comment in his driver profile under Life Ambition of wanting to “ Still Beat Lyally When I'm 70 Years Old” ….this may well be the case.

Gary Higgs is defiantly the driver to watch as a contender for SSRC Summer Series Championship with next round being Opening Night Perth Motorplex 24th October 2009.
